Delivery

All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Minimum order £1000

Free local delivery is available for orders over £1500 + VAT within the UK any order below this it will be add delivery charge.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday.

International Shipping

We DO NOT offer international shipping.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

You must inform Armenid of any alleged defect in or damage to the goods within two days from the date of actual collection/delivery or (where the alleged defect or damage was not apparent upon reasonable inspection) within a reasonable time after discovery of the defect or damage. Any such notice must specify the particular alleged defect or damage and must afford Armenid a reasonable opportunity to inspect the goods in question. If Armenid is accordingly notified of any defect or damage to goods and agrees that such goods are defective or faulty Armenid will (at its option) rectify the defect or fault or replace any such goods or credit the invoice value of the goods and any such rectification or replacement or credit will be in full and final satisfaction of any claim by you and Armenid shall have no further liability for any loss or damage arising from the defect or fault relating to such goods.

Any damage to the goods shall be deemed to have occurred after purchase unless you prove to the contrary. No claim in respect of the goods may be made by you if the goods have been mixed by you with other goods or materials (whether or not supplied or sold to you by Armenid) or have been subject to any manufacturing process by or on your behalf and Armenid shall be conclusively deemed to have complied with its obligations concerning the supply of such goods.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Return & Refund Policy

ARMENID is a business to business wholesaler. Please note when you purchase goods from Armenid , Armenid excludes any implied warranty condition or other term as to quality and fitnes to purpose.

Returns

Armenid may at its absolute discretion, though it shall in no case be obliged, allow the return of goods by you within one month from the date of the purchase of the goods that you wish to return. If Armenid exercises its discretion to allow you to return goods it shall in all cases upon refunding you for returned goods be entitled to retain a handling charge equal to 15% of the sale price of the returned goods.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
